Locks By Rena is not responsible for items misplaced or lost by third parties, all orders much have Route added to their purchase insurance protection at check out.
If you fail to choose this option before placing an order with us, Locks By Rena will decline the order.
ALL shipments will require a signature for delivery.

WHEN TO REFUSE YOUR PACKAGE!
Flat rate envelope: If the package is evenly flat, please refuse the package. Also if the box feels empty, please refuse the package.
We only ship products to confirmed addresses. If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with you ATM/Debit/Checking Account, it will not confirm. Shipping inside the US may take 5-7 business days. We only ship Monday – Friday. For shipping outside the US please allow 6 to 10 business days. All shipping fees will be $20 Flat Shipping Rate, shipping outside the US $25 per bundle including taxes as well.
Please note that the shipping time frame during sales extends to 7-14 business days. Once your order is placed, we will not cancel or refund any pending orders.
